Lou has spent the last decade living and breathing safari, first as a professional photographer and then as a professional guide. She has managed some of the most exclusive safari camps in East Africa and also planned and prepared all aspects of trips, taking guests to some of the more remote and wild areas of Kenya. In 1998 Lou became a member of the Kenya Professional Safari Guide Associations.
Lou returned to UK in 2002 to establish The Safari Company with her partner Dan Sayers.
